The Strategy Session
Before any programme begins, there is a conversation.
A free 30-minute Discovery Call to establish whether this work and this relationship are the right fit. Not a sales conversation. A genuine mutual exploration of where you are, what you are carrying, and whether working together makes sense for both of us.
If we both agree that it does, I offer a complimentary 2-hour Strategy Session. This is where the work actually begins. Together we map exactly where your leadership ceiling is, what has constructed it, and what a meaningful shift would look like for you specifically. By the end of that session you will have a clearer picture of what is actually in the way and a precise sense of which programme is the right next step.
What the Strategy Session covers
Where you are now and where you want to be. What has been working and why it is no longer enough. The identity patterns that are quietly limiting your next stage of growth. A clear picture of the work that would shift this and what that could mean for you.
Both the Discovery Call and the Strategy Session are offered at no cost. They exist because the right coaching relationship is built on clarity and genuine fit, not on a transaction. If the work is right for you and the relationship feels right, we will both know it.
All sessions are conducted via video call or in person, depending on your location and preference.
