Peter works with successful business leaders, enabling them to create new opportunities, unblock challenges, ignite their leadership skills, and create high performing teams.
Peter has over 30 years’ senior leadership experience in global business including Unilever and Shell, typically focussing on large transformation programmes – from acquisitions and divestments to business turnarounds. Peter was recently CIO at a global Automotive Company where he led the digitalization of 110 factories and design centres from Japan to Mexico.
Recognising that ‘technology change’ was relatively easy compared to ‘people change’, Peter invested in management development, mentoring and coaching for himself, his team, and the wider enterprise. Delighted with the results, Peter then qualified as an executive coach with Henley Business School, and now works full time in mentoring and leadership development.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys leading and coaching kayaking and has completed Greenland and Antarctic expeditions.
