Roy helps people to access the benefits of living a more conscious life, dealing with life’s challenges in a conscious way and achieving greater peace of mind. His role is that of a personal trainer for the mind.

Using a mix of traditional mindfulness meditation practices and unique exercises, his coaching focuses on easing everyday stress and anxiety and living a happier, more fulfilled life.

Roy has been exploring personal development for 30 years and spent some of that time working with an international personal development training organisation. Roy brings the most useful elements of what he has learnt over those years to his mindfulness coaching.

He gained an accredited teaching qualification with Mindfulness UK.
