The work I do is not conventional leadership development.
Most coaching works on behaviour. It adds skills, refines processes, and builds competencies. Some of this is valuable. The problem is that it leaves the deeper structure untouched.
The patterns that shape how you respond under pressure, what you see as possible, which decisions feel necessary. These do not live at the level of behaviour. They live at the level of identity. And they cannot be changed by adding new techniques on top of them.
This is where my coaching works.
Discovery Session
Before any programme begins, there is a conversation. A free 30-minute Discovery Call to establish whether this work and this relationship are the right fit. Not a sales conversation, but a genuine mutual exploration of where you are and whether working together makes sense.
If we both agree that it does, I offer a complimentary 2-hour Strategy Session. This is where the work actually begins. Together we map exactly where your leadership ceiling is, what has constructed it, and what a meaningful shift would look like for you specifically.
Both the Discovery Call and the Strategy Session are offered at no cost. They exist because the right coaching relationship is built on clarity and genuine fit, not on a transaction.
The 90-Day Leadership Transformation Programme
This is the flagship programme. It is built on a single premise: the ceiling on your leadership is almost never your organisation, your team, or your market. It is the identity you constructed through years of success, which has quietly become the very structure preventing the next stage of growth.
Over 90 days, across ten sessions, we work through the Fulfilment Engine framework. Five elements that together produce a structural shift in how you understand and inhabit your own leadership. This is not skill development. It is not performance coaching. It is an examination of the deeper architecture of who you are as a leader and what becomes possible when that shifts.
The Fulfilment Engine Framework
Vessel Understanding the body, beliefs and emotional patterns you lead from, and what they make possible or impossible.
Compass Identifying the values, principles and sense of direction that constitute your leadership at its most grounded.
Driving Force Examining what actually moves you, the distinction between what you pursue and what genuinely fulfils you.
Movement Understanding how you take action, make decisions and navigate difficulty when operating from clarity rather than habit.
Fulfilment Engine Statement A precise articulation of who you are as a leader, what you stand for and how you intend to lead from here.
The Three Phases
Phase One: Awareness You cannot shift what you cannot see. The first phase brings the invisible patterns of your leadership into full view: the fears, needs and self-protective strategies that have been running silently beneath your decisions and relationships.
Phase Two: Disruption This is where the old story ends. We examine the beliefs and identity structures you have outgrown, and begin the work of leading from something more grounded than habit and accumulated experience.
Phase Three: Creation Insight becomes architecture. You design the leadership identity you intend to inhabit, articulate it with precision, and begin living it with the clarity and conviction that comes from having done the deeper work.
Who this programme is for
Senior leaders who have succeeded by every external measure and are beginning to feel the limits of that success. Leaders who sense that the next stage of growth requires something more fundamental than new strategies or better performance. Those who are ready to look honestly at what is actually in the way.
This programme is not for everyone. It requires a willingness to examine what is uncomfortable, to sit with uncertainty, and to do work that does not produce quick wins. What it produces instead is something more durable: a shift in the foundation from which you lead.
Culture Transformation
Organisations with a culture problem rarely have a culture problem.
They have a leadership identity problem that has scaled.
When leaders operate from unexamined patterns, pressure, fear, or inherited ways of leading, those dynamics quietly shape the culture around them. Over time, the organisation begins to mirror the psychology of its leadership: communication narrows, ownership decreases, trust erodes, decision-making slows, and people adapt to what feels safest rather than what creates the best outcomes.
Most culture initiatives focus on surface-level behaviour. This work goes deeper.
Rather than relying on values workshops or temporary engagement programmes, Culture Transformation examines the underlying leadership patterns shaping how the organisation actually thinks, behaves and relates under pressure.
The work is tailored to the specific context, scale and challenges of the business. It typically begins with a diagnostic conversation to uncover what is truly driving the current culture, where leadership may unintentionally be reinforcing it, and what meaningful transformation would look like in practice.
Leadership Mentoring
For clients who need mentoring from someone with direct senior leadership experience, I work with Peter Stewart, an experienced leadership mentor. I am happy to make that introduction where appropriate.
If you are a senior leader who has succeeded by every external measure and is beginning to feel the limits of that success, the work starts here.
